ABOUT

Alexis Kiedaisch Self-portrait

Self-portrait, October 2026

Alexis (Lexi) Kiedaisch (b. 1997) is a Utah-based mixed-media artist and photographer whose work is rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and the idea that there is more than one way to see the world. She is available for assignment locally, nationally, and internationally.

Working across photography, painting, and design, Alexis explores themes of time, memory, people, and place. Her photographic practice embraces unpredictability, often using experimental lenses, color, and multiple exposures in-camera to transform ordinary moments into something dreamlike, surreal, or otherworldly.

Alexis currently serves as the Outreach & Marketing Manager for the Department of Visual Art & Design and the Mary Elizabeth Dee Shaw Gallery at Weber State University. She is also a photographer and writer for The Ogdenite, an independent arts-focused publication based in Ogden, Utah. Previously, she contributed photography and writing to SLUG Magazine, documenting music, arts, and culture.

Alexis holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Art from Weber State University.
